At BARBARA R MARTINEZ MD LLC, the Company philosophy is to safeguard customer information in its possession to ensure the confidentiality of the information. Customer-assigned information, which may include but is not limited to billing, names, titles, current system information, employee information, company coding and recording systems, telephone directories, e-mail lists, customer facility or location information and addresses, is considered by the Company to be proprietary customer information to be used for internal purposes only. The Company maintains the right to communicate and distribute such customer information as it deems necessary to conduct business operations.
